Refund Policy

Encore DJ is a digital software delivered electronically. In accordance with applicable consumer law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun before the end of the withdrawal period.

By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge requesting immediate service execution and waiving your right of withdrawal as of the first use of the software or delivery of your license key.

A refund may be granted on an exceptional basis in the following cases:

— A serious technical issue preventing all use of the software, unresolved within 7 days of the report.

— Confirmed duplicate billing.

Any request must be sent by email to encoredjapp@gmail.com within 14 days of the relevant billing date, with a detailed description of the issue.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Encore DJ account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid monthly period. No pro-rated refund is issued.

After cancellation, access to the software is deactivated at the end of the paid period.
